Business Email Writing develops your skills at a higher level than English at Work - Email Writing; it builds on and enhances the skills learned there.

This follow-on 18-hour short course focuses on the strategies and language for producing effective emails for the workplace. In addition to practice on correct grammar, sentence structure, appropriate style and editing, lessons are centred on a variety of business email writing contexts such as marketing, human resources or publicity.

Topics include:

Writing effective subject lines
Email writing etiquette
Structuring longer messages to enhance readability
Dealing with sensitive content in email writing
Applicants must complete and pass the English at Work - Email Writing course before they study the Business Email Writing course.
