Highlights
Coaching as a helping profession is increasingly gaining recognition in Hong Kong as an effective approach to people development; both in the context as individuals in personal life and individual employees in organizations.

As life and work environments become more complex so are personal and organizational relationships. This short course aims to explain what Coaching is, why Coaching can be a powerful tool and how to build Coaching skills and techniques to conduct an effective Coaching conversation while also strengthening the Self and enhancing strong relationships with others. This course is suitable for anyone who is interested to learn about how to coach others at work.
