Workshop Objectives:
This one-day introduction to Project Management will equip participants with a basic understanding of the principles, tools and techniques for successful project planning and implementation. It will enable participants to understand the role of a project manager, manage project timelines, resources and risk more effectively, and provide tips for successful project implementation.

About the Facilitator:
Anthony Brophy, Managing Director of H. R. Solutions (Int’l) Ltd
Anthony has worked in Asia for over 20 years. He has extensive experience training and consulting regionally in areas of Leadership, People Management, Project Management, Sales and Communication Skills. His previous roles included positions in education, sales and management. He was Sales Manager of International Thomson Publishing Japan and Deputy Director of Oxford University Press Tokyo. Anthony has Masters degrees in Linguistics and Human Resources Management, Postgraduate Diplomas in Management and Management Consulting & Change (with Distinction) and the Diploma in Negotiation from Harvard University. He is an accredited MBTI and DISC assessor.
