The One-Day MBA workshop series is designed to strengthen the integration of knowledge and practice at MBA level. Knowledge is being transformed into practice through experimentation, critical self-analysis and experience sharing.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The Change Management workshop focuses on leading, managing, and enabling people to accept new processes, technologies, systems, structures, and values. It is the set of activities that helps people transition from their present way of working to the desired way of working.

OBJECTIVES

• To acquire knowledge in the value and meaning of Change Management;

• To deal with change stemming from internal and external conditions; and

• To equip them with knowledge and skills in managing change in their organization through building high levels of personal resilience.

• Mini-lecture with PowerPoint and video
• Experiential activities and debriefing
• Group discussionand presentation
• Real case problem solving and decision making

WORKSHOP LEADER - Joey Wan

Joey is the professional and passionate leadership and management trainer and consultant for MNCs, SMEs, NGOs, and universities in Hong Kong; as well as the Certified DruckerEducator at Peter F. Drucker Academy. He was the General Manager (Asia Pacific) of Prince of Peace Group (US based), which specialized in distributing international brands in the USA and Asia Pacific districts including Ferrero Rocher, Almond Roca, Jelly Belly and Ricola. Joey got his MBA degree and B Sc (International Business) degree from San Francisco State University. And currently he is studying his DBA degree at Hong   Kong Baptist University and his research area is “Entrepreneurial Intention”.
