DESCRIPTION
Introduction
This course is designed for insurance, human resources, and finance practitioners to understand the common employee benefit insurance coverage and the legal requirements of employees' compensation in Hong Kong.
Course Objective
On completion of the module, students are expected to be able to:
- understand the current market practice for arranging insurance related employee benefits;
- understand the key requirements of Employees Compensation Ordinance Chapter 282 and the key policy features of Employees Compensation Insurance;
- understand different types of insurance related employee benefits.
