Course Objectives
This course aims to equip participants with the essential skill and techniques for effective businesswriting and communication so that they will be more articulate, influential and impactful in theircommunication.
The participants will:

Sharpen their skills in active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication.
Gain more confidence in preparing business proposals, presentations, writing e-mails, memos and reports by:

learning how to plan and structure what they are going to write;
explaining the important elements of effective business writing;
knowing the DOs and DON’Ts and sharing practical tips for good business writing; and
understanding how to organize and structure reports, proposals and presentations with clarity and conviction, to engage the readers, prompt for their actions and effectively deliver the message.
