INTRODUCTION
The better use of data to make HR decisions is now a trend worldwide. HR analytics is widely applied in performance appraisal, talent recruitment, compensation and benefits. Using both quantitative and qualitativemethods will enhance informed decisions in HR strategiesand operations. As such, to develop a basic HR data analysis literacy in senior managers and HR executives is very important. This course is designed for senior executives and HR professionals to help them understand the current trends and different applications of HR data. No prior experience in business analytics is expected from participants. Case studies will be used throughout the course
