Change Management Practitioner Examination Information

All delegates need to sit and pass the Change Management Practitioner exam in order to gain the certification. The examination tests delegates using objective testing (a type of multiple choice), based on case study scenarios. The exam is:

• 4 questions, each worth 20 marks
• 2.5 hours long
• Open book - ‘The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook’ is allowed in the exam

After completing 1 day of classroom training and successfully passing your Change Management Foundation Exam, the second day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your Change Management Practitioner exam online.
