Induction :
This course provides students with an overview of the legal and practical issues of employment, with an in-depth understanding of their right and obligation as an employer and employee. This course is suitable for all employees, managerial and human resources staff to enable them to proactively maintain a harmonious relationship in the business organizations.
Course Objective :
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to :
- Acquire knowledge of Common Law Contract & Contract of Employment;
- Apply the Employment Ordinance in work; and
- Obtain knowledge of subsidiaries legislations on employment.
