- Present ideas persuasively and confidently
- Lead people to see different perspectives on an issue
- Answer tough questions skilfully even under pressure

3. Bridging techniques: for Q&A and difficult situations

Anthony has extensive experience training in leadership, performance management, project management, sales and communication skills regionally. He was formerly a sales manager of ITP Japan and deputy director of Oxford University Press Tokyo. Anthony has Master's Degrees in Linguistics and Human Resource Management, and Postgraduate Diplomas in Management and Management Consulting & Change. He is an accredited MBTI® and DISC assessor.
