Human resources management has been making great advances in business. Facing new and unconventional employment issues and challenges, not only do HR executives need to acquire the knowledge of HR management, but they also need to write professionally so as to discharge their duties effectively. Effective written communication is definitely a vital part of HR performance since it helps avoid problems and misunderstandings of employees, and aids in developing a sound labour relationship.
