CTgoodjobs HR CONGRESS人力資源會議 2013 - Winning Talent Management Strategies for Tomorrow 「管人才掌未來」

CTgoodjobs.hk於2013年10月9日假尖沙咀喜來登酒店宴會廳，隆重舉辦第二屆人力資源管理會議（HR Congress）——《管人才 ‧ 掌未來》2013，就人才招募及管理範疇上面對的挑戰進行探討。會議吸引逾1000名人力資源專才參與，討論氣氛熾熱，衝擊人才管理新思維。

大會邀得多位資深業界翹楚出席，講者陣容強勁，包括捷成洋行有限公司集團人力資源董事黃曉怡女士、翠華集團集團總經理李楸夏女士、香港電訊有限公司集團人力資源主管周麗嬋女士、稻香集團人力資源總監李曉明女士、香港鐵路有限公司優質服務學院校長曾永昌先生、香港鐵路有限公司助理人力資源發展經理陳逸盈女士、花旗集團香港區人力資源部總監譚婉芬女士及國泰航空公司人事總經理王舜義先生等。

會議先由經濟日報副社長兼研究部主管石鏡泉先生（石sir）聯同香港中華廠商聯合會副會長吳宏斌博士，深入淺出分析世界經濟以至本港營商環境。

緊接其後是會議的重頭戲，香港浸會大學趙其琨教授在會上公佈「香港僱傭工作期望及挽留人才策略」問卷調查結果，發現當中七成多的僱員表示考慮轉工，情況絕對值得人力資源從業員注意。

會議上講者都不吝指教，分別分享飲食、航空及運輸、銀行和電訊等界別中有效吸引、培訓及激勵人才的成功之道。如香港電訊會安排員工在高層前行「catwalk」，大展表演慾；港鐵則編寫員工手機app，定期提供培訓員工的短片等內容；國泰亦提醒觀眾要積極「落區」了解前線員工的需要，以助完善人員管理。

會議在掌聲中完滿結束，在失業率偏低，企業流失率高企下，相信是次會議提供的寶貴見解，有助企業更有效招才及留才。
